BRANDING · IDENTITY · LOGO · PRINT · DIGITAL · SIGNAGE AND WAYFINDING · MARKETING
Small Group Connect is a biannual marketing campaign designed to increase excitement and participation in small groups. The existing brand was uninspired and corporate, so a rebrand was necessary.
As the Senior Designer, my mission was to enliven the brand with an inviting identity and plenty of color. The new logo, featuring speech bubbles, balances fun and intentionality, perfectly capturing the theme of communication in small groups. I also created a broad color palette, which was a creative challenge, but it was crucial for differentiating the many types of groups while maintaining a cohesive feel.
In addition to the rebrand, I led the redesign of all collateral. We moved away from print-heavy materials, like nine-page handouts, and focused on more effective solutions, such as QR codes on postcards and digital graphics. We also introduced large-scale displays like nine-foot pillowcase banners to capture attention in the campus lobbies.
Below is the Small Group Connect rebrand and marketing collateral, a project developed by the North Way Creative Team and executed by me.
